Shipping policy

Local shipping within New Zealand

We aim to ship your order on the next business day following receipt of your order. We use Courier Post for our deliveries, so depending on where you are located within New Zealand you can expect to receive it within 1-3 business days. Courier Post deliver week days, generally between 9am - 5pm. Please note that deliveries to rural addresses can often take a little longer so please be patient.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email confirmation which will also contain a link so that you may track your order.

All stock is shipped from our premises located in Auckland.

International shipping

We are now shipping to Australia, Canada and the US using DHL. Shipments will be sent on the next business day (NZT) and will take 3-7 business days. The recipient is responsible for all customs & duties that may be applicable in your country.

About our store

We are deeply passionate about skincare and the ritual of making time for self-care to help reset your mind and body.

Our love for Korean and Japanese products came initially out of frustration with overpaying for Western brands. Products from the East focus on the use of innovative and highly-effective ingredients and we love that.
