How do I redeem my points?
Select from the Glow Points menu in the bottom left corner of your screen. Make sure you're logged into your account, scroll down to Ways to Redeem, and select the rewards you'd like and click Redeem
How many points do I earn when I make a purchase?
All purchases made through www.sundayritual.shop earn 5 points for every NZD$1 spent. Make sure you're logged into your account.
How long will it take for my points to appear in my account?
Most appear almost immediately or within 24 hours.
If I spend my points, will my tier status be impacted?
No, it is calculated based on the points you have earned in the calendar year.
How do I receive the birthday perks?
Make sure you enter your birth date under the Ways to Earn section. This must be completed at least 30 days prior to your birthday.
Do I need to purchase something to redeem a reward?
In order to redeem a reward (a free product, free shipping or a coupon) or redeem your tier upgrade gift, you must have a minimum of (1) items in your cart to redeem your reward!
